Orders and shipping

Orders are dispatched within 7 days. Everything is sent tracked via Royal Mail, and you’ll get a tracking number when it goes out.

UK: 1–3 days. Europe: 3–7 days. Rest of the world: 7–14 days, depending on your postal system.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email hello@friendsinthedungeon.com to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days. We’ll refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of it reaching us. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or isn’t what you ordered.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging. If an item comes back damaged or used, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. We’ll cover any return postage if we need the item sent back.

International customers

Orders outside the UK may be charged import duty, tax and a carrier handling fee when they arrive. These are set by your country, aren’t included in the price, and are payable by you.

We can’t mark orders as gifts or declare them below their value.

US customers: the low-value exemption on imports ended in 2025, so duty applies to all orders regardless of value.
