Friends in the Dungeon

Started in 2014, Friends in the Dungeon is a collaborative printing and publishing studio. Based in South East London, Friends in the Dungeon works in house and with different creative practitioners to produce high quality prints, clothing, books and art objects.

Please read the following information regarding orders and shipping details:

Please allow up to 7 days to process before shipping. Generally we will ship orders on a Saturday morning (GMT), though this can vary.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
Tracking Numbers will be sent immediately after posting of tracked parcels. Selecting Second class, First class or International Standard Shipping will mean that your order will not have tracked shipping.
Orders within the UK have 1-3 days estimated delivery
Orders within Europe have 3-7 days estimated delivery
Orders outside Europe have 7 days – 2 weeks depending on distance and your country’s postal system.
Prints will be shipped rolled in a hard shipping tube or sent flat in A3 envelopes depending on the nature and size of the order.
We don’t accept refunds or returns but if there is something wrong with your order please get in touch and we will do what we can to resolve it.
We can’t offer paid returns or exchanges so please ensure your order is correct before placing.

Note to International Customers:

Please be aware that orders may be subject to delays and additional taxes, duties and charges at the port of entry.
All order’s are being sent from England so please check your countries additional charges for importing from England as we do not take responsibility for any delays or charges that might be applied via customs and duty offices in your receiving country.
We cannot mark orders as ‘gifts’.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit, but of course will make every effort to help locate your package. As such, we highly recommend ordering tracked international shipping as otherwise we have no way of locating your order.
