If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up, and which page you signed up from.
If you place an order, we also collect what's needed to fulfil it and process payment. Shopify handles checkout and payment processing on our behalf.
To email you about Friends in the Dungeon releases, and to process and deliver your order. Our lawful basis for marketing emails is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us. Our lawful basis for order data is performance of the contract with you.
Our mailing list is stored in Google Sheets, so Google processes it on our behalf. Orders are processed through Shopify, which handles payment and checkout. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else beyond what's needed to fulfil an order.
Mailing list entries: until you unsubscribe, or three years after you last opened one of our emails, whichever comes first. Order records: as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month.
This site doesn't use tracking cookies.
