These terms apply to any order placed with Friends in the Dungeon Ltd (company number 17079970) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders are placed and paid for through checkout on this site. Payment is processed by Shopify, we don't see or store your card details. We'll confirm your order by email once payment goes through. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or priced in error.
Orders are dispatched within 7 days. Everything goes out tracked via Royal Mail: choose Standard (Tracked 48, 3 to 5 days) or Express (Tracked 24, 1 to 2 days) at checkout. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships. Shipping only within the UK for now.
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email [email protected] to let us know, then send the item back, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in transit back to us.
Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund the price paid and the standard delivery cost, within 14 days. If an item comes back used, damaged, or without its original packaging, we may deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value, including refunding nothing if the item can't be resold.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours of delivery, so we can sort it quickly. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, and we'll cover the return postage.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the order.
All artwork, designs, and images on this site remain the property of Friends in the Dungeon and the featured artists. Buying a print doesn't transfer any right to reproduce, copy, or sell the artwork.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
